Calls often no messages left

This should be legitimate. I get a text from the same number confirming my phone payments to AT&T.

From web sites I've seen it's a scam. I got a call at about 740am from a cali phone number from middle eastern/ indian sounding people saying I owe 450 dollars I didn't get. They said they wanted me to give them permission to take the money out of my account. They said if I didn't the sheriff will be coming to my job. When I asked them questions they slammed the phone in my face. I called from another number and tricked them. I asked what law firm they called from. Then he asked who I was and I said "I'm the guy you slammed the phone on" He the slammed the phone again. I also have a voice message from the first call from a woman I could barley understand.

Called this number and voice mail answered, "World Finanacial Captial Bank". They call everyday every 45 min. This is annoying because they are using my cell phone number. I have better things to do with my airtime than this.

called my cell phone this morning..when i answered it disconnected, not sure if it was my service or if they hung up. i've never had problems with telemarketers calling my cell phone.

I keep getting calls from them, about 5 times now.. they will not leave me alone, please make them stop!
